All our products are delivered via special recorded delivery to ensure your items reach you as they left us. We have a flate rate delivery fee which applies to all products, plus an additional delivery fee that applies to certain larger items.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
All products dispacted are insured by us, so should any damage occur during transit replacement goods can be arranged.
If we deliver a product to you that is different to that of the order you placed with us a replacement can also be arranged if the item has not been used. Whilst returning goods to us it is advised you do so via recorded delivery to ensure we receive them. We cannot stand the cost of returning any of our products, you must stand this fee yourself. Under no circumstances will Justin Chocolate refund or replace any products that are deemed to be damaged or inaccurate once signed for upon delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We always advise that the customer signs for the product upon delivery, this ensures you can check the product(s) yourself without leaving it to any 3rd parties.
